Mechanism Warranty: All gas pistons, springs, and moving metal mechanisms are covered by a 3-Year Warranty to ensure smooth and reliable daily operation.

Factory Defect Warranty: Bed frames, cabinetry, and wooden components come with a 6-Month Warranty against manufacturing and factory defects under normal, indoor residential use.

Product Care & Maintenance Guide:

To maintain the premium look and smooth operation of your Easy Space furniture, please follow these guidelines:

Cleaning: Wipe wooden panels and metal frames with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry immediately. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, abrasives, or wax-based polishes.

Mechanism Care: Our gas pistons are self-lubricating and maintenance-free. Do not apply oil, WD-40, or grease to the pistons, as this can attract dust and damage the seals.

Safe Operation: Always use the designated handles or straps when opening and closing wall beds. Ensure the bed legs are fully deployed and locked securely on the floor before resting on the bed.

Weight Limits: Strictly adhere to the indicated weight capacities for top bunks, shelves, and lifted mechanisms to ensure safety and longevity.
